1. Daily inspection of CNC machine tools

Its important projects include hydraulic transmission system, spindle bearing lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system, cooling system, and pneumatic operating system. Daily inspection is to inspect according to the normal conditions of each operating system. For example, when performing the whole process inspection of the main shaft bearing lubrication system, the switching power supply light should be on and the oil pump should operate normally. If the switching power supply is off, the main shaft bearing should be maintained in the terminated state and contact the mechanical engineer. Perform overhaul.

The working voltage of the switching power supply is under normal conditions, the rated power is 180V-220V, and the frequency is 50Hz. If there is any abnormality, it must be accurately measured and adjusted. The air dryer should be removed once a month, cleaned and installed.

4. Seasonal inspection of CNC machine tools

Seasonal inspections should be carried out mainly from three aspects: machine tool body, hydraulic transmission system, and spindle bearing lubrication system. For example, when performing routine inspections on the body of a machine tool, it is important to see whether the precision of the machine tool and the level of the machine tool comply with the regulations in the manual. If there is any problem, you should contact the mechanical engineer immediately. When performing routine inspections on the hydraulic transmission system and the main shaft bearing lubrication system, if there is a problem, the new oil 6oL and 20L should be replaced and cleaned.

5. CNC machining machine tools are inspected most of the year

After more than half a year, routine inspections should be carried out on the hydraulic transmission system, spindle bearing lubrication system, and X-axis of the machine tool. If something goes wrong, it should be replaced with new oil and cleaning work is in progress. After comprehensively understanding and proficient in the common sense of preventive maintenance, it is also necessary to have a deeper understanding and indispensable proficiency in the cause and handling of abnormal conditions in the hydraulic operating system. For example, when the oil pump does not inject oil, the pressure is abnormal, and there is noise, etc., you should understand the main reasons and the corresponding solutions.
